Technical Customer Success Manager

Owning the customer program from onboarding through adoption, the full-time Technical Customer Success Manager will drive accountability across teams, maintain program status, and build strong customer relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the customer program end-to-end, ensuring all tasks are tracked and prioritized Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blockers and drive technical deliverables to completion Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery of measurable value Required qualifications Experience in technical customer success, project management, or similar roles with a focus on enterprise customer programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure in a fast-paced environment Technical fluency in areas such as SRE, cloud platforms, and integrations Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear status representation and commitment gathering Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance customer advocacy with internal priorities
