Contract Analyst

Contract AnalystImmediate need for a talented Contract Analyst. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lake Mary FL (Hybrid).Key Responsibilities:Duties: Hybrid/Flex: Requires 2 days a week in officeTues & Wed in Lake Mary, FL office 9-6pmMon, Thur, Fri 10-7pmTraining Schedule: M-F 9AM-6PM ESTDemonstrate advanced knowledge of pricing and membership agreements.Review complex legal agreements and identify required action items.Analyze supplier contract bid awards to determine the appropriate system hierarchy for customer access.Manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements.Review and analyze supplier and customer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on customer eligibility criteria.Manage assigned supplier and customer portfolios to ensure accurate pricing updates and membership access.Investigate and resolve pricing and membership discrepancies.Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic and intercompany pricing initiatives.Assist in the SME review of partner agreements and recommend contract language that supports business objectives.Ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended pricing and membership agreements.Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Review escalated issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.Coordinate onboarding and training of new team members and monitor progress.Review credit and debit requests for validity and accuracy.Review team-generated reports and ensure corrective actions are completed when necessary.Partner with Business Intelligence teams to create and maintain operational reports.Assign incoming requests to appropriate team members through workflow queues.Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency and process enhancement.Research and resolve escalated supplier and customer pricing and membership claims within established timelines.Provide ongoing training, support, and knowledge sharing to team members.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Associate's degree or higher preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B manufacturing and/or distribution environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience analyzing data and performing high-volume, accurate data entry.Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems, specifically SAP and/or Oracle.Experience with pricing and membership eligibility processes preferred.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and complex formulas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and meet vendor-specific deadlines.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.B2B Manufacturing/Distribution ExperienceStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsSAP ExperienceEducation: Associate's degree or higher preferred.
