Senior Portfolio Manager - Orthopaedic Disposables (ORD)

Responsibilities
- Compile market research and competitive intelligence to inform product portfolio decisions
- Lead new product development process with cross-functional teams and R&D
- Build financial business cases and ROI models for new product funding
- Develop product lifecycle management plans aligned with launch and business strategies
- Create pricing strategies, value propositions, and marketing channels with sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of professional work experience
- Medical device or marketing experience (3+ years strongly preferred)
- MBA (preferred)
- Portfolio strategy and strategy development experience (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
Compensation: $102,600 - $171,000 USD annual
