Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, R&D

Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for medical devices
- Translate clinical and business needs into system requirements and architectural designs
- Drive prototyping, verification, validation, and testing strategies for complex products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant medical device products
- Evaluate emerging technologies and influence future product development integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 6+ years of electrical engineering work experience
- Leadership or teaching ability in electrical design
- Advanced understanding of complex component and subsystem design
- Expertise in circuit and electrical system test methods
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in electrical stackup analysis
Compensation: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
