ERP Administrator / Developer

Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• We need hands-on AL development experience
• We require a solid understanding of Business Central configuration and administration
• We value experience troubleshooting Business Central and supporting end users
• We are seeking experience with integrations, APIs, and data exchange
• We prefer someone comfortable working across both technical and functional requirements
• We are looking for strong problem-solving and communication skills
• We need the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution
• We require the ability to work onsite in Cincinnati
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Jet Reports, EDI, e-commerce integrations, Business Central upgrades and migrations, or Finance, Operations, Inventory, or Sales processes would be beneficial

• We develop and maintain Business Central customisations and extensions using AL
• We configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Business Central environment
• We manage users, roles, permissions, and system settings
• We build solutions for new business needs and process improvements
• We support APIs and integrations between Business Central and external applications
• We investigate integration failures and data flow issues
• We support Dynamics 365 CRM, e-commerce, and EDI integrations
• We coordinate upgrades, releases, testing, and system changes
• We develop and maintain reporting using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Jet Reports
• We provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for Business Central users
• We work with departments to understand requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
• We create documentation and deliver end-user training
• We partner with external developers and vendors on larger technical projects

We are an established organisation in the Cincinnati area offering a full-time onsite Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / ERP Administrator opportunity. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant ownership of our internal Business Central environment, combining development, administration, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and user support. The position offers exposure across Business Central, CRM, e-commerce, automation, and reporting, along with the chance to improve and expand our existing setup. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 base.
