Sales Representative - Neurosurgical - Reno, NV
Stryker
Field-based sales role selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. Support surgeons and hospital teams with product expertise, clinical demonstrations, and consultative solutions while building and expanding customer relationships in healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed quota for neurosurgical products in assigned territory
- Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on product applications and clinical data
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate territory expansion initiatives with regional leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Medical device, neurosurgical, or healthcare sales experience preferred
- History of achieving sales quotas and territory growth objectives preferred
