Client Advocate

WE'RE HIRING — AND WE'RE NOT NECESSARILY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE FROM THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY. Client Advocate | The Beneficent Group Hybrid | Full-Time | $45,000–$75,000/year + benefits Some people see a problem and ask, "Who should I give this to?" Other people think, "I'll figure this out." We're looking for the second person. The Beneficent Group is growing, and we're looking for a Client Advocate to join our team. We can teach employee benefits. We can teach insurance. We can teach our systems, processes, and approach to serving clients. What's much harder to teach is curiosity, initiative, good judgment, attention to detail, and the instinct to figure things out. That is the person we want to meet. As a Client Advocate, you'll work directly with our team, our employer clients, their employees, and insurance/vendor partners. You'll: Help clients and employees solve real benefit questions and problems Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution Think beyond "How do I fix this?" to "Why did this happen, and how do we keep it from happening again?" Help prepare client communications, presentations, spreadsheets, and other deliverables Keep projects, follow-ups, and priorities organized and moving Learn the employee benefits business from people who have spent their careers in it This is important to us. We're looking for someone who is naturally resourceful. You ask questions. You take notes. You research. You anticipate the next step. You notice when something doesn't make sense. And when you encounter a problem, your instinct is to own it and figure it out. You don't need years of insurance experience. In fact, you don't need insurance experience at all. We're far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, intelligence, work ethic, and potential—and teaching them the rest. AI proficiency matters to us. We don't expect you to know everything—we do expect you to be curious, capable, and continually learning how to use AI to make yourself and the people around you better. Are highly organized and dependable Communicate well and genuinely enjoy helping people Are comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and modern AI tools Can manage multiple priorities without losing the details Enjoy learning new things Take pride in producing excellent work Want responsibility rather than waiting to be told what to do next Are looking for a career, not simply your next job A high school diploma is required. Entry-level candidates are absolutely welcome. Starting salary range: $45,000–$75,000/year. We don't believe every great candidate fits neatly into the same box—so neither does our compensation. Starting salary will reflect the skills, experience, capabilities, and demonstrated proficiency you bring to the role. Simply put: the more boxes you check, the more value you bring, and compensation will reflect it.
