Desktop Support EngineerPosition: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Newark, NJ Schedule: 5 days per week, onsite. Interview Process: Initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview.You'll provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone, email, and remote tools—troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.Requirements:4–6 years' experience or college degreeWindows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WANTicketing system, asset management, vendor coordinationStrong customer service and communication skillsSaturday and holiday availabilityNice-to-have: Scripting, ITIL knowledge, Airwatch MDM.Note:Fully onsite role requiring presence 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Must be available to work Saturdays and certain holidays as part of a 24/7 support team.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
