About the role:
\nAt TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

Who we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- 1-5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience \n
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously \n
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills \n
- Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner \n
- Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through \n
- Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment \n
What you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles \n
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics \n
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking \n
- Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments \n
- Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions \n
- Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding \n
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature) \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes \n
