Responsibilities & Qualifications 10–13 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture with hands‑on delivery. Strong client‑facing skills, able to lead conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly. Hands‑on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components – not just guide from the sidelines. Proficient in Data Solutions, preferably with practical, hands‑on experience on Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads). Support in pre‑sales as needed.
