We’re a small, tight-knit team (2 crews)—not a big company with layers of management. This role offers real ownership, autonomy, and trust on the job.

The Role

We’re hiring a Lead Carpenter / Foreman to step in immediately and help lead projects after the loss of a key foreman.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced, dependable, and capable of running a job site with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day job site operations
• Manage and coordinate a small crew and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site organization
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate with leadership
• Work hands-on in the field as needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of carpentry experience
• Proven experience leading jobs or crews
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly reliable and trustworthy
• Organized and able to take ownership of projects
• Strong skills in Carpentry, including Framing and Finish Carpentry
• Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools for various construction tasks
• Leadership and team management abilities to supervise and train crew members
• Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and construction best practices
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physical ability to perform construction tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
