This role is responsible for shaping the global account strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating customer priorities into measurable commercial, technical, and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and disciplined execution to strengthen long‑term partnerships and expand Danfoss’ position in the rapidly growing data center market. What You’ll Be Doing Own and lead the global strategy for a strategic hyperscale account within the Data Center Business Unit. Serve as the business lead and primary point of coordination, ensuring a consistent customer interface and aligned internal execution. Develop and execute account plan that connect customer priorities with Danfoss commercial, technical, and operational capabilities. Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and long‑term share expansion through strategic opportunity management. This role has no direct reports but provides strong matrix leadership across a dedicated account ecosystem, aligning cross‑functional teams around shared account priorities, customer requirements, and growth objectives. Build senior stakeholder relationships, manage governance cadence, and elevate critical issues with clear ownership and follow‑through. Identify commercial, technical, operational, and competitive risks; drive mitigation plans and keep leadership informed. What We're Looking For 7–10+ years in account management, sales, business development or relevant experience Proven track record managing large/global accounts and complex sales cycles Experience engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor Ability to build long‑term partnerships and influence decision‑making Strong stakeholder mapping and multi‑threading across customer organizations Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned to customer priorities Skilled in identifying “white space” and expansion opportunities Strong experience in contract negotiation, pricing, and deal structuring Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams without direct authority Drives “one company” execution model Strong problem‑solving and risk management capability Ability to travel internationally, expectation is 15%-25%.
