Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to develop and assess treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies, including short- and long-term goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to agency standards, contract requirements, and licensing regulations.

• Exercise clinical judgment to effectively diagnose and treat a range of psychological issues in children, adolescents, and families.

• Provide compassionate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring all client interactions are grounded in empathy and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Wellpath Counseling, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families. You'll engage with clients facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role is crucial in providing them with coping strategies, emotional support, and therapeutic interventions that can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in therapy, with proven skills in managing various psychological and behavioral health conditions.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies related to family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other modalities applicable to client care.

Preferred Experience\n
