We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting, be self-driven, and thrive in a flexible work environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage all accounting operations for the company, including bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Assist in budgeting and forecasting.Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local and federal regulations.Reconcile and maintain financial records related to property transactions, capital improvements, and investment activities.Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax preparation.Monitor cash flow and assist in financial analysis for decision-making.Support and advise senior management on financial performance and operational costs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.G., Yardi, Skyline) and Microsoft Excel preferred.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.CPA or accounting certification is a plus but not required.Working Hours:This is a part-time role with flexible working hours.
