Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment, to assist patients in regaining mobility and strength.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress using both subjective feedback and objective metrics, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest patient confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a full benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
