Your Essential Recipe Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to elevate team performance. Supervise daily operations with precision, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Lead by example in managing opening and closing duties and resolving guest concerns promptly. Collaborate seamlessly with Food & Beverage leadership and maintain optimal standards at all times. Your Ingredients for Success High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food and beverage supervisory experience required. Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification required. First Aid Training and CPR certification preferred.
