To support their rapid technical scaling, they are seeking an agile, data-driven Recruiting Operations Specialist to optimize candidate pipelines and streamline talent acquisition workflows.

The Opportunity Positioned directly between a Recruiting Coordinator and a Technical Recruiter, the Recruiting Operations Specialist serves as both an operational engine and a tactical sourcing partner. In this role, you will go beyond complex scheduling to manage ATS systems, track talent analytics, assist with initial candidate screens, build passive sourcing pipelines, and ensure strict compliance with export control laws (ITAR/EAR). This is the ideal role for a high-performing coordinator ready to step into candidate assessment and recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations & ATS Management: Own the operational health of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Lever), optimizing interview stages, managing vendor integrations, and ensuring data integrity across active requisitions.
• Complex Scheduling & Candidate Experience: Oversee high-volume, multi-stage technical interview loops, coding assessments, executive panel interviews, and candidate travel logistics across global time zones.
• Tactical Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Support: Partner with Technical Recruiters to source passive engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche technical boards for early-career and core engineering roles.
• Initial Screening & Funnel Management: Conduct preliminary resume screens and initial intake chats for select roles to assess basic qualifications, interest, and availability before routing to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Reporting & Talent Analytics: Build weekly talent acquisition dashboards tracking core metrics-such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion rates, sourcing channel efficacy, and candidate drop-off.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and implement automated tools, AI scheduling assistants, and standardized interview rubrics to enhance speed and candidate experience.
