Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, developing informed treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, utilizing approved methodologies and techniques pertinent to marriage and family therapy.

• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s needs.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment processes, offering guidance and support throughout their healing journey.

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes meticulously while adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards to maintain client confidentiality and care quality.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
