Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors and fellow team members in regular meetings and group supervision sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment goals dynamically based on individual needs and feedback.

• Facilitate both in-person and teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility issues or those who prefer virtual engagement.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to stay abreast of new methodologies and trends in the field of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
