Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under supervision.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting interventions based on evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Engage in various therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Monitor and manage therapeutic progress, determining the appropriate level of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication among the clinical team.

• Participate actively in clinical discussions, offering insights on treatment plans and collaborating on client care strategies.

• Maintain a comprehensive written record of therapy sessions, engage in quality assurance activities, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome you to our team.
