Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their relational and emotional challenges, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Embrace family systems theory to provide insight and intervention strategies for relationship dynamics and communication difficulties.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families in urgent situations.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all ethical standards.

• Empower clients by teaching effective communication skills, coping mechanisms, and strategies for conflict resolution to enhance their quality of life.

• Engage in collaborative case management with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest methodologies and enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Advance Healing Counseling Services, we offer competitive compensation within the range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
