Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience or passion for working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment programs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation following district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents on speech and language development
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students across a range of ages and needs
