Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship with active supervision
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, voice, and fluency services to K-12 students per individual education plans
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress towards student goals
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required for compliance and educational planning
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized strategies
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements in speech-language pathology
