Role Overview - Growth Associate We're looking for a hungry, versatile go-getter to join our team as a Growth Associate. This isn't your typical sales or support role — it's a little bit of everything, built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves wearing multiple hats. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in driving growth from the very first touchpoint all the way through a customer's onboarding experience. On any given day, that might look like: Prospecting and building top-of-funnel pipelines through research, list building, and outreach campaigns Cold calling and cold emailing potential customers, crafting messaging that actually gets responses Supporting and executing marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and brand awareness Owning the new customer onboarding experience, making sure clients get set up for success from day one Serving as a point of contact for account-related questions, helping customers get the most out of our services Taking on special projects as the business evolves. You and this role will grow with us Who You Are 1–3 years of overall work experience — doesn't have to be in sales, but you've held a job and know how to show up Self Starter and works well in ambiguous environments. You're comfortable on the phone and in the inbox — rejection doesn't faze you You're organized enough to manage a pipeline but flexible enough to pivot when priorities shift You communicate clearly and professionally, whether you're writing a cold email or walking a new customer through their first order You're naturally curious and pick up new tools and processes quickly Prior experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role is a plus — but attitude and drive matter more Why This Role This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a real impact at a growing company in real estate technology.
