Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, utilizing various psychological tools to identify each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide insightful individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement cohesive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a supportive environment for clients to explore their mental health challenges and strategies for coping.

• Offer crisis intervention services and develop safety plans in response to acute mental health needs.

• Document progress notes and treatment reports in a timely and ethical manner in accordance with established legal and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
