Workiva Implementation Manager

Leading client-facing Workiva implementation projects, the full-time Manager will manage project delivery from discovery through go-live, oversee solution design, and coordinate teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workiva implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and overall project communication Translate client reporting processes into scalable Workiva solutions and oversee the configuration of Workiva documents and workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of consulting or enterprise software implementation experience 3+ years of hands-on Workiva implementation experience Strong understanding of Workiva platform administration and reporting workflows Proven project management skills, including stakeholder and risk management Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and client workshops
