Brake Press Operator (Afternoon)

Brake Press Operator Shift: 3pm-1:30am Days: Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday Pay Rate: $20 Location: Glenshaw, PA Join a dynamic manufacturing team dedicated to creating innovative architectural products that enhance public spaces worldwide. Required Skills: Proven experience reading technical drawings and selecting appropriate tooling Ability to produce parts within tight tolerances for assembly Experience operating brake presses, CNC machines, or other heavy machinery Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols Ability to use both hands to control equipment and handle materials Basic reading, writing, and math skills Competency in basic computer navigation and data entry Ability to stand for at least 8 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work overtime as needed Nice to Have Skills: Programming experience with CNC or hydraulic brake presses Experience performing spot inspections and quality checks Familiarity with adjusting equipment to optimize production flow Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in manufacturing or metal forming role Other Requirements: Ability to work two shifts: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, from 5am to 3:30pm Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and quality Willingness to adapt to production needs and participate in ongoing training
