Cook Campus, is one of the largest schools of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a part-time Field Lab Asst/Tech for the Entomology Department within the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS). Assists rearing live insect colonies. Assists in field research activities including application of treatments for pest control, conducting rodent control and home inspections, inspecting rodent burrows, and installing rodent monitoring devices. Assists in collecting and entering field data into excel files and conducting data analysis from data collected in the field. Maintains daily functions of the laboratory, ensuring good working conditions, preparing materials for experiments, and assisting students and professors with setting up experiments and checking results.
