• Manage vendor invoicing and payment processing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• The AP/AR Clerk will prepare customer invoices and apply incoming payments to maintain accurate account balances.
• Perform AP and AR reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve variances.
• Review aging reports and support collection efforts to improve cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close and reporting activities.

• Bring at least 2 years of experience supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to process invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Comfortable working with accounting software, ERP platforms, and financial systems to manage daily transaction activity efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and data management.
• AP/AR Clerk with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• High school diploma required; additional education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred and supports continued professional growth.
