Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each client to identify their mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy utilizing various modalities tailored to the client's specific circumstances and preferences.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and systematically monitor and review their progress throughout the therapy process.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may have difficulties attending in-person sessions, especially in rural areas or during health crises.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements of practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, courses, and seminars to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
