Come grow with IdealTraits Inc.! Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite). Solid understanding of GAAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Help maintain the accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with the finance team on various projects. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
