Job TitleCore Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with current P&L ownershipIdeal Profile:Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leader with P&L accountability in a high-mix, process-driven manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of casting, melting, and/or metallurgical processesStrong track record driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in demanding production settingsHands-on leader with success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and TOC to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize flowResponsibilities:Own P&L and drive plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and costLead all site functions including operations, engineering, maintenance, and qualityExecute daily production plans to meet throughput and customer commitmentsDrive Lean and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costBuild and lead strong teams while ensuring EHS and quality complianceTotal Compensation:$250,000 – $325,000This role offers a competitive compensation and relocation packages and final details will be discussed with qualified candidatesCiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
