D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. Are you passionate about fitness, building relationships, and creating engaging social media content? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter to help grow our community both online and in person!

Responsibilities 

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
• Creates engaging social media content that showcases our athletes, coaches, and community while growing brand awareness across platforms
• Manages day-to-day social media engagement by responding to messages, interacting with followers, and helping turn online interest into scheduled visits and memberships

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual. **
• Must have 1+ years in sales
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

✅ Responds quickly and follows up with leads immediately
✅ Understands that persistence matters and isn't afraid to follow up multiple times to get families scheduled
✅ Sees objections as opportunities and enjoys helping people find solutions
✅ Is loyal, hardworking, and a self-starter who takes initiative
✅ Always follows through and never misses a deadline
