Auto Parts Counter Sales Position Open
Quality Mazda is inviting applications for our Auto Parts Counter Sales position. This role is a blend of retail and online customer support, geared towards individuals who are enthusiastic about auto parts and customer service. What are we looking for? Required Qualifications:- Basic knowledge of auto parts.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Positive attitude towards customer service.
- Experience in customer phone support.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as eBay.
- Reynolds & Reynolds software experience.
- Ability to navigate dealership parts catalogs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of internet marketing (SEO, PPC, AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, etc.)
