Member Service Representative

Wellby Financial

Wellby Financial is seeking a Member Service Representative II to support the Contact Center and assist members with inquiries and service requests. You will interact via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues with empathy and accuracy while protecting member information. Ideal candidates have multi-tasking abilities, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and digital platforms. Some remote work is possible based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
