• Monday - Friday, no holidays or no weekends -- 40 hours/week guaranteed
• 25 - 30 points per week, dependent on travel
• Home health setting -- adult caseload
• Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
• EMR: HCHB
• Minimum 1 year PT experience required post clinicals
• Training available for therapists committing to a 6+ month contract
