Service Desk SRM Technician - AD & IT Operations

Leidos

Leidos is seeking an experienced technician for the SMIT Service Desk SRM in our Norfolk, VA office. You will manage Active Directory objects, create accounts and mailboxes, and support file shares while handling inquiries by phone or email. The role requires 1–3 years of IT help desk experience, NMCI/SIPR familiarity, and PowerShell proficiency. Expect shift work incl. overnights/weekends and a US citizenship clearance.
