TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Silverton, Oregon, 97381!

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in ICU and MS License: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, EPIC Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Epic experience required - Ability to float between Medical and ICU Description: Seeking a traveler to float between Medical and ICU units. Medical unit will be the primary assignment, with the expectation to float to ICU when needed. Candidates must be willing to work every third weekend. Must be available to work on Thanksgiving and one additional holiday. Refusal to float as requested may result in cancellation of the contract. Travelers are expected to complete any assigned education within one week of the start of the assignment. Mandatory cancellation terms include canceling 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily canceled for one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty. Experience with telemetry is required. Units support patients of all ages, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census ranges from 12 to 15 patients. Candidates must provide one professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager from the past year. No felony convictions will be accepted. Compliance documentation must be completed prior to the start date. Travelers must be separated from the facility/system for at least one year before returning as a traveler.
