NAVA Software Solutions is an established US technology and engineering services company and an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, with onshore and offshore delivery across the US, Mexico, and India. We help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production, building and scaling AI/ML, GenAI, and computer vision systems that run in the real world. Alongside our services business, we're building NAVA Vision AI, our platform for operational intelligence in physical operations.

The Role

\n

We're hiring experienced rainmakers, not sales managers. This is for independent sales professionals who can personally originate new AI/ML services business through an existing network and turn relationships into near-term revenue. It is not a salaried role and is not suited to candidates who need time and budget to build a sales organization from scratch.

\n

You'll originate, develop, and close new business through your own relationships — direct enterprise opportunities and partner-led opportunities with consulting firms, systems integrators, and technology companies. Our solutions and delivery teams support technical discovery, solutioning, estimation, and delivery. Your primary responsibility is revenue creation.

What You'll Sell

• AI/ML engineering — model development, training, deployment, and optimization
\n
• Generative AI & agentic solutions — LLM applications, RAG, and GenAI integration
\n
• MLOps & data engineering — pipelines, feature stores, and production ML infrastructure
\n
• Computer vision & Vision AI engineering
\n
• AI implementation & integration into enterprise systems
\n
• Dedicated AI/ML engineering teams / T&M engagements
\n

Who Should Apply

\n

You should consider this if you have:

\n

\n
• Personally sold AI/ML, GenAI, data, or digital engineering services in the US
\n
• Existing enterprise or partner relationships you can activate now
\n
• A track record of originating and closing services engagements
\n
• Familiarity with how AI/ML programs get scoped and bought — from POC to production
\n
• Experience with T&M, dedicated teams, managed delivery, or project-based work
\n
• The confidence to work under a performance-driven, commission-only model
\n
