Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to join one of our valued client partners. We are seeking a highly organized recruiting professional who thrives in executive-level talent acquisition environments and understands the complexity, confidentiality, and coordination required to support strategic lateral partner hiring initiatives. This position is ideal for professionals who have successfully supported senior‑level recruiting processes, managed multiple stakeholders, coordinated complex interview schedules, and delivered exceptional candidate experiences within legal, professional services, or executive recruiting environments. The Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a critical partner to firm leadership, practice group leaders, recruiting teams, search firms, and prospective partner candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. HireNow Snapshot The Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate and execute high‑level recruiting initiatives while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, firm leadership, and external recruiting partners. Key Responsibilities Supporting firmwide lateral partner recruiting initiatives. Tracking partner hiring needs across multiple practice groups. Assisting leadership teams with strategic recruiting efforts. Supporting candidate identification and talent mapping activities. Conducting recruiting market research and competitive intelligence gathering. Coordinating interview schedules and complex recruiting logistics. Preparing candidate materials, presentations, and interview packets. Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining recruiting records, candidate profiles, and reporting documentation. Serving as a liaison between external search firms and internal stakeholders. Tracking candidate submissions and recruitment activity. Coordinating reference checks, conflicts check, and credential verification. Supporting onboarding and integration activities for incoming partners. Partnering with Marketing, Business Development, Practice Management, and operational teams during integration efforts. Maintaining recruiting metrics and hiring activity reports. Supporting strategic recruiting initiatives through reporting and analytics. Minimum 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or executive recruiting experience. Experience supporting executive-level, partner-level, leadership-level, or lateral recruiting initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating complex interview schedules and recruiting logistics. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with recruiting technologies, databases, and reporting tools. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. No current or future visa sponsorship requirements. Preferred Qualifications Law firm recruiting experience. Lateral attorney recruiting experience. Professional services recruiting experience. Experience supporting partner-level recruiting initiatives. Experience with Workday, viRecruit, or similar applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of legal industry recruiting trends. Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting. Talent mapping and market research experience. Experience working directly with executive leadership teams. Demonstrated employment stability and progressive career advancement. Standout Candidates The strongest candidates will possess a combination of law firm recruiting experience, executive-level recruiting support, lateral attorney recruiting exposure, recruiting operations expertise, and exceptional project coordination abilities. Candidates who have successfully partnered with firm leadership, managed confidential recruiting initiatives, coordinated complex partner-level searches, and maintained a high‑touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle will receive priority consideration.
