SAP Functional Transformation Manager

Work you'll do As a Manager on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle. Lead functional transformation initiatives that align SAP capabilities with finance, operations, and enterprise business objectives. Advise executives and program leadership on transformation strategy, target-state processes, delivery priorities, and value realization. Lead the design and implementation of standardized, scalable business processes across SAP Finance and related functional areas. Establish functional governance, decision forums, quality gates, issue escalation processes, and stakeholder communications. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, automate manual activities, and strengthen reporting and operational controls. Manage dependencies and integration points between SAP modules, legacy applications, third-party systems, and enterprise data platforms. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance 8+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems consulting. 5+ years leading SAP functional workstreams or business transformation initiatives. Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major release Ability to travel up to 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, or another relevant functional area. Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, or comparable transformation delivery methods. Experience in public-sector, defense, regulated, or highly controlled operating environments. Experience with SAP integrations, data migration, master data governance, reporting, or enterprise architecture.
