Hybrid Executive Assistant to Founder at Creative Company, Dumbo

C-SUITE ASSISTANTS

A successful, creative company in Dumbo is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The firm is growing, and the Founder needs a strong EA. The Founder cares about employees, and the office is a small, tight-knit group of about 30. The role is 4 days in the office; Fridays remote. There is a small amount of support to the COO.

About the Job:

Coordinate and prioritize meetings for the Founder
Manage schedule strategically
Make personal appointments
Vet and prioritize the Founder’s emails and draft responses
Maintain a busy calendar and prioritize on the Founder’s behalf and make sure the Founder’s day runs smoothly
Prepare materials for meetings; internal and external
Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office
Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries and confirm the day before
Order flowers for events with a specific aesthetic
Be the point of contact for vendors
Research and make reservations at restaurants
Be in charge of office projects
Greet visitors (not a lot of foot traffic)

About You:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience
BA/BS from a college or university a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong communication skills: written and verbal
Lead with kindness
Strategic thinker
Understand the importance of confidentiality and trust when supporting a FOUNDER

Salary, Benefits (medical, dental vision) covered 100% by the company, 401K, Paid Vacation

Hours: 9-5
