Healthcare Community Liaison - Hospital Outreach & Referrals

Ennoble Care in Richmond, VA is seeking a Full-time Community Liaison to promote our home-based primary, palliative, and hospice services in hospitals and other referral sources. You will analyze markets, visit doctor offices and facilities, present our credentials, obtain patient referrals, and develop a marketing plan with timelines. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in marketing, nursing, or social work related to health agencies, are organized, and hold a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennoble Care
