Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

Senior Manager, Commercial Finance role supporting a $1.4B division at a life-sciences company. The position partners with sales leadership to enhance forecasting, commercial analytics, and financial decision-making while overseeing a digital platform's financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance business partner to Senior Director, Global Sales Excellence and leadership team
- Deliver actionable insights on commercial performance, customer profitability, pricing, and revenue opportunities
- Provide financial oversight of Services Connected digital platform including recurring revenue and profitability
- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning across commercial functions
- Develop standardized KPI reporting and executive dashboards supporting commercial decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- 8–10+ years progressive finance experience in commercial environments
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, commercial analytics, and pricing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with executive communication skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
Compensation: $130,000–$194,950 base salary
