Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Keros Therapeutics

Keros Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning and forecasting functions. The role requires developing budgets, tracking financial performance, and providing strategic analysis to senior leadership and the Board.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization
Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and corporate financial models
Conduct monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis and prepare management commentary
Support business development activities through financial modeling and term sheet analysis
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors

Requirements

Experience leading financial planning and analysis functions at biotech or pharmaceutical companies
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proven ability to develop long-range financial plans and cash runway models
Strong financial modeling and business case analysis skills
Experience with corporate planning tools and ERP systems
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with executives and boards
