What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons on diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop treatment plans
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures and provide pre/post-operative care
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
• Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections
• Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and rehabilitation
• Participate in rotational call coverage and support quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Vermont Physician Assistant license and CPR certification
• Board Certified (or eligible) PA-C credential
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in orthopedics or related field
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude
