Nuclear Cardiology Technologist

Join our team as a Nuclear Cardiology Technologist and play a vital role in delivering advanced cardiac imaging with compassion and expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT
Deliver patient-centered care by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
Acquire and process diagnostic images while maintaining quality control
Manage and document patient data in the eRecord 'CUPID' system
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology to implement new technologies
Uphold URMC's ICARE values in all aspects of work

What We Need To See

2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
Active NYS Rad Tech License
NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
CT certification to perform CT scans

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
