Description - Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and complex laboratory tests-spanning areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established procedures.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation for analysis when required.
• Document all lab processes carefully, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining quality standards in the lab.
• Promote a hygienic, safe working environment while complying with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification, combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your professional certification for the duration of your employment.
