Description - Your Role Unfolded

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols for precision.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and engage in preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Foster a safe, clean working environment in adherence to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year from the start date.
• Maintain your current certification for the duration of your employment.
