Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified at Navigation Medical Center in Houston, TX. The Physician Assistant will perform patient evaluations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with physicians and medical staff, educating patients and families about healthcare plans, documenting patient progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care. The role calls for a compassionate approach to patient interaction and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes. Qualifications Current certification as a Physician Assistant and a valid license to practice in the state of Texas Comprehensive knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Strong clinical procedures skills relevant to general medicine and specialty care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and medical teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly preferred Commitment to continuing medical education and staying updated with industry standards Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Spanish Speaker is a Must have.
